A clear next step at BFF.
Participants who meet the assessment standard receive BFF’s Kids Leading verification, allowing them to lead climb at BFF Climb. It does not certify lead belaying and is not SNCS Level 2.
If the assessment is not passed, arrange another verification at Tampines Hub when ready.

Does this workshop include lead belaying?
No. This workshop teaches lead climbing only. Lead belaying is not included.
Is previous lead experience required?
No previous lead experience or SNCS certificate is required. Climbers should be able to climb 6a+ on the high wall and be familiar with top-rope or auto-belay.
What is the BFF Kids Leading verification?
The verification is assessed during the workshop. Participants who pass may lead climb at BFF Climb; it does not certify lead belaying and is not SNCS Level 2.
What should my child bring?
Bring climbing shoes and a harness if available, plus a water bottle. Rental shoes and harnesses are available; socks are needed for rental shoes.
