Every person entering the programme area requires valid paid entry, regardless of age.
To book more than one child, change the Quantity near the top of the Acuity booking page.
Kids Guided tickets are non-refundable.
Request a change at least 48 hours before the session by phone or WhatsApp. Email and website-contact requests are not processed.
Each session may be rescheduled once, to a date no later than one month after the original booking.
The Kids Guided ticket does not include ordinary Climb Zone access.

Which outlet should I choose?
Choose the location and available time that suit you. Bendemeer is BFF’s largest flagship gym; Tampines Hub is convenient for east-side families and has taller walls.
Should my child bring climbing shoes?
No. Equipment is included. Bring socks because socks are required with rental climbing shoes.
Can I get a refund?
No. Tickets are non-refundable. A reschedule may be requested at least 48 hours ahead by phone or WhatsApp, subject to the published conditions.
My child already climbs independently. Is Kids Guided necessary?
Not necessarily. Trained children aged 5–12 may use Climb Zone with the required adult supervision and paid entry. Read the kids entry requirements before choosing.
