Normal gym entry is available as a walk-in. Guided sessions, classes, camps, parties, workshops and competitions use their own booking or registration process.

Climb Zone walk-in
For ordinary bouldering or high-wall entry. Walk-ins are available; create your account and buy the correct entry before or when you visit.

These use an enquiry form or event-specific registration rather than normal gym booking.

Do I need to book an ordinary climbing session?
No. Walk-ins are available for normal Climb Zone entry. Create your account and waiver before your first visit, then buy the appropriate entry or pass.
How far ahead can I book?
BFF’s current booking information states that normal booking opens seven days in advance. Programme, party and competition registration windows may differ.
What happens if I cancel a normal gym booking?
Cancel before the booked start time through the BFF app or Mindbody portal for the pass to be returned. Late cancellation or no-show uses the pass.
Does submitting a class form confirm the place?
No. BFF will contact you after submission to confirm availability and the class arrangement.
