Climb Zone · open gym

Walk in, check in and climb.

Ordinary bouldering, auto-belay and high-wall sessions do not require an advance booking. First-time BFF visitors should create an account and waiver before arriving.

Before coming

Three things to settle.

You may also buy entry at the counter. Using the BFF app is the quickest way to keep your profile, waiver and passes together.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Register, complete your profile and sign the waiver before your first BFF visit.

  2. 02

    Choose the right entry

Select Tampines, Bendemeer or all-outlet access based on the gym you plan to visit.

  3. 03

    Check outlet requirements

Rope belaying and lead access at Tampines Hub require the relevant BFF verification.

  4. 04

    Attend the briefing

New visitors complete the relevant safety briefing before using the climbing facility.

Open-gym questions

Before you climb.

Is Climb Zone only for serious climbers?

No. BFF has progressive routes from easy beginner climbs to hard projects. Climb Zone is the ordinary open-gym area for independent climbing.

Can children use Climb Zone?

Trained children aged 5–12 may use Climb Zone with the required adult supervision. Children with little or no experience should start with Kids Guided.

Must I reserve a session?

No. Walk-ins are available. Buying your entry and completing your account beforehand will make check-in faster.

Can the outlet cancel my booking for me?

Yes. Call the relevant outlet directly if you need help, especially for a same-day cancellation.
