BFF’s current listing says no experience is required and training will be provided. The role still requires confidence, safety awareness and strong customer service.

Do I need a climbing qualification?

For the Tampines Hub role, BFF currently requires at least SNCS Level 1. Check the live application for any requirements that apply to other outlets.

What is the minimum commitment?

At least two six-hour shifts per week for a minimum of six months. Weekend or public-holiday availability is useful but not listed as compulsory.
