What does your child need?

Start here instead of working out BFF’s programmes or entry rules by yourself.

Before entering

Kids Entry Requirements

Choose the correct entry based on your child’s age and climbing experience.

Ages 4–12

Little or no climbing experience

Book a 60-minute Kids Guided Session at Bendemeer or Tampines Hub. Equipment is included; bring socks.

Ages 5–12

Entering Climb Zone

The child must be able to climb independently and follow the safety rules. An adult aged 18+ must supervise at all times, at a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

Ages 13+

Standard Climb Zone entry

Purchase the appropriate Day Entry or pass. First-time BFF visitors must create an account, complete the waiver and attend the required briefing.

How does your child climb today?

I am climbing too

Buy the correct Day Entry for yourself and the appropriate entry for your child. You remain responsible for active supervision.

Plan the whole visit

Check every person, not only the child.

Your final total depends on the outlet, day, time and whether the accompanying adult is climbing.

For parents

Common questions before coming.

My child has never climbed. What should I book?

Choose a Kids Guided Session at Bendemeer or Tampines Hub. It is designed for a first visit, lasts 60 minutes and includes equipment.

Can my child enter Climb Zone without a guided session?

Children aged 5–12 who can climb independently may enter Climb Zone with adult supervision. The maximum ratio is one adult aged 18+ to two children.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable sports clothing that allows easy movement. Bring socks because socks are required with rental climbing shoes.

Does the weekly class registration guarantee a place?

No. BFF will contact you to confirm availability after you submit the interest form.

Do parents stay during a birthday party?

The package is designed as a drop-off party. Only the birthday child’s parents enter free; other adults are chargeable.
