How is my climber’s age category decided?
Youth F: born 2018–2019; Youth E: 2016–2017; Youth D: 2014–2015; Youth C: 2012–2013. Younger climbers may be accepted into Youth F with the route-setting note above.
Can a younger climber join Youth D Lead?
Yes, if they lead proficiently. It is a major step up because the routes are designed for 11–12-year-olds and their height, reach and ability.
Can my climber enter both September and November?
A younger proficient lead climber may enter their age-appropriate September category and Youth D Lead in November. Register the two entries separately.
Can my climber enter more than one format?
On the same competition weekend, each climber may enter one age category and one format. For Youth C/D, choose Top Rope or Lead.
Does Lead require a certificate?
No formal certification is required, but the competitor must lead climb and clip confidently and safely without assistance.
Can I withdraw or get a refund?
No. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and withdrawals are not available.
